LAKE PLAZA Renovation of 20,000 sq ft office-retail buildings built in the 1970s and 1990�s in downtown Sandpoint. This energy and sun orientated renovation design creates a new life for this deteriorated-under-used- high energy-outdated building. |

CEDAR STREET STATION These early 1900's Sandpoint railroad buildings underwent renovation, and became a furniture showroom, a manufacturing facility, and a collection of small shops. The new building demonstrates "Historical Image Restoration." |
