RECYCLED WALL FORMS &
FOAM WALL PANEL SYSTEMS

Faswall

WOOD INSULATED CONCRETE FORM (ICF) WALL SYSTEM Manufactured from waste wood by-products, this product turns an environmental problem into an energy-efficient building solution. Walls are stacked similar to concrete masonry units, but without mortar, then filled with structural rebar and concrete. Higher insulation values require 2 inch foam insert.
Watch this slideshow for construction details and project examples.

RECYCLED FOAM INSULATED CONCRETE FORM (ICF) WALL SYSTEM Manufactured from waste packaging foam, this ICF creates highly insulated, easy to build, fireproof and sound proof walls. Completed exterior walls are stacked from foundation to roof structure, in-filled with structural rebar and concrete, and finished in stucco or siding over furring. 10", 12", and 14" units offer various insulation values.

STRUCTURAL INSULATED PANELS (SIP) WALL, ROOF AND FLOOR SYSTEMS SIPs panels are typically made using expanded polystyrene (EPS), rigid foam insulation sandwiched between two structural skins of oriented strand board (OSB). The manufactured panels are normal 4 feet wide, up to 24 feet long and 6 to 12 in. thickness. They use less dimension lumber and are more energy efficient then normal stick frame construction. They work well with simple shaped walls and roof designs. Manufacturers are located in most regions.
